This 4/20, we celebrated a big one—our Sweet 16. It’s wild to think that 16 years ago we were slinging hats out of a backpack on the Venice Beach Boardwalk. From late nights hustling at events to long days grinding and packing, every step of the way has shaped who we are now—and we couldn’t be prouder of the ride.
The Glow-Up
During the height of COVID, we made a big move and secured our own warehouse at 2550 W 2nd Ave (link). It's more than just a workspace—it’s our creative hub and our home away from home. We handle all our designs here, run fulfillment, offer in-store shopping, ship gear worldwide, and hold community events that uphold the counter culture vibe.
While we’ve scaled back on the number of events we hit, you’ll still catch us at the heavy-hitters like Electric Forest, Lost Lands, and Shambhala, doing official hats and merch for some of the wildest, most passionate communities on the planet.
The Art of the Collab
Collaboration is still the heartbeat of what we do. We believe in building and growing together, not competing—and creating unique pieces that bring artists and fans closer. This 4/20 drop was one of our most special yet:
Banjo Glass Snapback
Years in the making, this one’s for the true heads. Banjo has been a legend in the glass scene, and to finally collab with him is a huge honor. This snapback is a timeless piece with some serious fire behind it.
Mossy Giant
Meet Mossy, real name Pieter van Tongeren—our first international collab with a talented cannabis-inspired artist straight out of the Netherlands. We teamed up with our friends at Grove Bag, Toker Poker, and Snail Rolling Papers to make this magic happen.
Fun Fact: Mossy played college basketball in the U.S. at the University of Evansville!
Only 100 of these are available in the States, so don’t sleep.
Maui Wowie
Designed by Grassroots artist Zach Becker, this tan hemp snapback pays homage to the OG strain Maui Wowie. Only 150 made—pure chill, pure vibes.
Anniversary Honeycomb Line
To celebrate 16 years, we went all in. The Honeycomb line features all-over embroidered hats, silicone-brimmed lids (yes, you can press hash on it), tall hoodies, boonies, matching basketball jerseys and shorts, and even made-to-order shoes to top it off.
Bicycle Day x Introspective Projections
Before 4/20 comes Bicycle Day (4/19)—a nod to Dr. Albert Hofmann’s legendary first LSD trip. We launched our first collaboration with Max Schneider (aka Introspective Projections) to honor the spirit of discovery and psychedelia.
What’s Next?
This year is beyond stacked. We’ve got upcoming drops with Aaron Brooks, Ellie Paisley, and a long-overdue Janis Joplin collab with Warrior Within. Oh—and we’ve been talking to the Grateful Dead, so cross your fingers. We know the Stanley Mouse and Jerry Garcia fans out there will be stoked if it comes to life.
Thanks for 16 years of love, support, and energy. Here’s to the next chapter—bigger, louder, and more collaborative than ever.
Stay rooted. Stay real. It’s a Movement
